Well, the short answer as to whether to be a FOREX affiliate will make you money is, yes and no!

If you are willing to put some effort and time in and don't give up for a couple of weeks you can earn an almost endless pot of money from promoting Forex products and services as an affiliate.

If you are going to quit just because you haven't had a user sign up within the first few weeks then the answer is probably no, you can't make money promoting Forex.

Promoting FOREX products is a niche. That is why many webmasters believe it just doesn't convert. Rubbish. ANY niche can convert if you put the effort in. Fortunately for people like you and me - every person who decides this niche is not for them is leaving more money on the table for us.


Avoid bad FOREX programs

The thing you should also be aware of are scamming Forex affiliate programs. Forex is well known for less than 'above-board' companies.

I should know, I was scammed by a Forex affiliate program. I sent them several sales in a few months and never got the $1,500 they owed me despite several phone calls and emails.

It turned out that a few weeks later they got shut down for fraud. This was a clear warning to me that I had to pick and choose who I promoted extremely carefully.

I should warn you that they have since set-up a new company called 'Forex Investments LP' - avoid them at all costs.


So what Forex affiliate programs DO work?

The Easy-Forex Affiliate Program

Personally I have had my best results through two Forex brokers. My best performing broker is Easy-Forex which converts for me at less than 1 in 50 and also offers a far superior backend than any other Forex affiliate scheme I have seen.

The eToro Affiliate program

The other Forex affiliate program I highly recommend you join is eToro. This broker also converts really well and has a decent backend reporting system.

Unlike with Easy-Forex, it is wiser to choose a revenue share that is higher in percentage. I currently get 25% of the profits. Compared to 10% with Easy Forex this sums up very nice as most players will invest large sums of money. However, there is no fixed commission. It will take some time longer to start earning money with eToro. But once you do, you won't want to miss it :-)

Anyway that should be enough to get you started. Remember you need to take the time to learn, stick at it, avoid the scam companies, and join the programs you know others are having success with like Easy-Forex and eToro.
